Kristyn Ragan Hibbard has lived in Randolph County for over 20 years and has deep family roots in the county.  During her childhood, her father served in the Navy which led to her family traveling and living in Florida, California, Hawaii and eventually finding their way back home to Arkansas. Kristyn graduated from Black Rock High School and Williams Baptist College, making her very familiar with Lawrence County as well. 

In 2017, Kristyn married Ben Hibbard who has lived in Randolph County with his family his whole life.  In 2019, they had a beautiful daughter, Emmylou.  The Hibbard family enjoys outings on the Eleven Point River and watching football.  In her spare time, Kristyn enjoys spending time with family and friends.
